It is the philosophy at Evolved Behavioral Health Services Outpatient Program to assist persons with developing and enhancing current skills that facilitate adjustment and integration within their living environment and community. Members are empowered and encouraged to make decisions about their care to increase their quality of life.
Evolved is a fee-for-service Outpatient Clinic. Outpatient programs are provided in a clinic setting. A wide range of behavioral health services are scheduled and organized within a comprehensive therapeutic environment which include screening and assessment, individual counseling as needed, group counseling sessions, educational programming, member advocacy, as well as participation in community resources. A licensed clinician is available on site to assist with individual planning and care as needed. Day programs are coordinated and facilitated by professional care providers such as experienced behavioral health services technicians and other consultation Professional Care providers.

Goals and Objectives
The overall goal of Evolved outpatient program is to increase the quality of life of our members through the provision of behavioral health services in Tucson. Specific areas of focus include building healthy coping skills, socialization support, anger management, and interpersonal communication development.
Evolved outpatient program seeks to achieve objectives such as improving member mood regulation and socialization skills, reduce the need for higher levels of care, and supporting members as they work towards independence.
Evolved provides help that ensure all members are evaluated and are provided behavioral health services based on their individual needs. The specific areas that demonstrate a continuum of care are as follows:
